OU, tomorrow is Halloween so give me some scary mangas or animes. (bloody and violent does not necessarily mean scary)
I would recommend Doubt, parasyte, or anything by Junji Ito (the guy that made uzumaki)
as for anime, the only series that i have seen that could be considered scary would be Higurashi.
