All right, someone seems to have killed the idea for a calendar while I was gone, and that makes me mad.
So I'm going to zap some life back into this dumb thing and hope it's enough to get its heart pumping again, and I start by letting all of you choose a different fairy tale, or heck even just an awesome story (not one that you just made up, it has to be somewhat approacheable to dumb people ), one for each of the twelve months.
Even if you absolutely cannot draw or anything, just start throwing out ideas for this dumb calendar. Look, I'll even start, and I'm going with the theme by proposing Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. That can be October or something.

It's the theme because this calendar is DEAD.

Frakenstein isn't a fairy tale is it? :/ If it is, I don't think we should consider it one. D: Especially since a lot of people don't consider it one. They consider it a horror movie/story.

Anyway, I should be on more so we can start talking about it more. Or maybe YOU can tell Geoffrey and everyone else to come on more often. Because when I ask Geoffrey to come on, he asks why and I say to talk about this stuff publically, and then he asks why they can't just come on AIM. And then there's a argument because he's too lazy to get on.

No Frankenstein isn't a fairy tale at all, but since fairy tales aren't cutting it for this calendar, I'm saying just well-known stories instead. You could put a fairy tale, you could put a myth, you could put a 19th century classic. Anything to keep this almost-dead horse from becoming completely dead.

I would tell Geoffrey Siu to get on, but he's a stubborn fool and I know nothing I say will convince him otherwise. I'll tell him to get on here, but I don't think he will. In fact, I so much don't think he will that I feel free to write all sorts of bad stuff about him and know that he'll never ever see it.

So come on Geoffrey Siu! Prove me wrong!!

idk about Frankenstein... I'm not so good at that sort of stuff. Frankenstein, Dracula, and mummies... they all seem so... Halloween-like. Remember that this is gonna be a con during the SPRING. I believe this year cute sold more than anything else... maybe something cuter and more innocent.

I have to agree, I hate L4D. ._. And most undead things come with it. I blame L4D. [AKA Left For Dead, the zombie game that everyone plays and I hate bleh]

It's an alright theme for October when Halloween is there, but we can't have it for every month.

Plus, Fairy Tales was never punted. :/ It's just that when you came back, I got sick and we couldn't progress on the calendar. And now we're all here and healthy and school starts in a week and I'm very sad. D: So let's make it un-sad and talk about this silly calendar.

I still vote for fairy tales in anime style. I've talked to several people and if done well, there's a few who are willing to buy it for 30 bucks. [Which is wtf expensive but yeah, we can sell it for like 20-25, and people are willing to buy it.] Especially since it's a calendar.

I'm dropping out of the artist pool for the calender.

Erm. I think the calendar would be a cool idea :3 I wouldn't mind.. getting the month of June? and I think Frankenstein would probably be okay for October, as long as we don't make it REALLY SCARY, that would make a small girl at the Convention cry and scream once she saw it. ( I mean, its HALLOWEEN, we have to be scared a bit...)

Fairytales/Myths/Well-Known Short stories would be a pretty good idea, and I think we should do it :3 THAT WOULD BE COOL! :3

What if we do a slightly perverted one as well? A pin-up girl poster? You know how like Geoff made the pretty girl with the beads in the water? We can do 12 really pretty girls, color them, and make them a calendar. XD

Aha, I lol'd at the idea of a pin-up poster. xD But that limits our audience to people who want pin up or ecchi girls, which makes up several older girls and older males. I mean if it's drawn well, why not. But it turns people off, so you have to be careful with how it all works out.

I still say that we should do it. But if we do, we need to figure out what we're going to do and we're going to have to start planning like real soon. Like... this week we should at least get what we want down.

WE DID HAVE SOMETHING DOWN AND THEN MARIA GOT ANAL ABOUT IT AND MADE US DROP IT. SO ALL OUR SUMMER WORK IS GONE. :/ So for easiness, it can be a collage of different fairy tales or series. For something more complex it can be one fairy tale or series told in a book-form. But this needs to get decided real soon. Drawing, inking, coloring is going to take a good long while.

Especially since I think Geoff is no longer working with us. Anyone else know how to water color well? :/ Key word: Well.

Oh man Jackie I can't believe you're blaming me on the calendar dying. I go away for a few weeks and suddenly everyone completely loses interest in it! And hey I tried to bring it back but nobody cared.. If you had cared you could have done what you wanted without me!
Besides the work that was done on it over the course of like two weeks could have easily been done in two hours.
But I don't see why I'm bringing this up, and why you're bringing this up Jackie! The calendar's starting up again and people are interested!

Anyways, I'll let you guys decide what the topic will be since whenever I try to do stuff it dies. Like the calendar.
So decide away! I eagerly await a month to create.

Personally I think a pin-up calendar would be hilarious.
It doesn't have to be strictly sexy, you can make it funny too. Like put Snake in a speedo. Hah it's funny.
And also, it doesn't only have to be women!!
